Andrew - Drums, Guitar, Bass, Band Coach

Labeled as the “on-time, on-time drummer” by a fellow DC musician, Andrew found that success and happiness on the kit is attributed to just being a professional— both on the instrument and especially with people. Beginning at age 12, Andrew taught himself how to play guitar and drums by listening mainly to Classic Rock, R&B, and Jazz. He later went on to facilitate and plan live performance events as Vice President of George Mason University’s Music Productions Club (MPC) for three consecutive years. Since graduation, Andrew continues working as an avid live performer and studio musician in the DC area, employed with both original artists and cover bands. Andrew has opened for Grammy-nominated bluegrass artist Sierra Hull, and Cory Henry from the Grammy-winning band Snarky Puppy. His percussion is featured on 2022 Wammie-Award recipient Annie Stokes’ album “The One That Gets Away.“ Today, Andrew’s mission is to ensure that his students are having a blast while achieving assessable goals, and having the privilege to coach the next on-time/on-time musician!
